Rhonda Beasley
General Manager
Rhonda is the General Manager and Owner/Director of ForumPoint2 Conference Partners.
Her professional accounting background brings financial strength and experience to the organisation. She is also well placed to oversee all financial aspects and produce final reports for each conference.
In addition to managing the overall business, her motivation comes from seeing the team succeed in producing stimulating and inspiring events for our clients.
Rhonda is a Certified Practising Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science, and is an accredited member of the Professional Conference Organisers Association (Australia).

Paula Armstrong
Project | Operations Manager
Paula is a very experienced Senior Conference and Operations Manager. Over the last 15 years, she has developed incredibly strong and valuable professional partnerships with our clients and suppliers which has been crucial in evolving clients’ events, and growing the ForumPoint2 business.
She has exceptional understanding of the speaker abstract process, and her IT knowledge and skill is invaluable to ForumPoint2
Paula is an accredited member of the Professional Conference Organisers Association.

Bridget Harris
Project Administrator
Bridget joined FP2 in March 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the events industry. Prior to joining FP2, she managed meetings and events for a leading hotel in Taranaki, where she played a key role in delivering high-quality experiences for clients. Before that, Bridget worked with a prominent Wellington-based event agency, coordinating conferences and events across a range of sectors. Her strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience make her a valuable asset to the FP2 team.

Rachelle Bertram
Project Coordinator
Rachelle joined the ForumPoint2 team in early 2021 after five years working for one of Auckland’s leading catering companies. In 2013 she completed a Graduate Diploma in Practical Event Management and has subsequently assisted with planning and delivering a number of significant events across New Zealand. Rachelle’s varied roles in event management sees her bring a broad skillset to the team. Solutions focused and customer centric, Rachelle takes pride in ensuring she delivers consistently great outcomes for her clients.
