Managing Director
Paula has stepped into new chapter with ForumPoint2 Conference Partners and is proud to be the new owner. Over the last 21 years, she has developed incredibly strong and valuable professional partnerships with our clients and suppliers which has been crucial in evolving clients’ events, and growing the ForumPoint2 business, most recently as the Senior Conference and Operations Manager
She has exceptional understanding of the speaker abstract process, and her IT knowledge and skill is invaluable to ForumPoint2
Paula is an accredited member of the Professional Conference Organisers Association.

Melanie Robinson
Senior Project Coordinator
Melanie is an exceptionally talented Senior Project Coordinator who joined ForumPoint2 Conference Partners in 2008. Since then, she has been a highly valued member of the team, recognised for her unwavering dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine pride in her work.
With nearly two decades of industry experience, Melanie brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every project she undertakes. Her collaborative style, calm professionalism, and commitment to excellence ensure each event is delivered seamlessly and successfully.

Bridget Harris
Project Coordinator
Bridget joined FP2 in March 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the events industry. Prior to joining FP2, she managed meetings and events for a leading hotel in Taranaki, where she played a key role in delivering high-quality experiences for clients. Before that, Bridget worked with a prominent Wellington-based event agency, coordinating conferences and events across a range of sectors. Her strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience make her a valuable asset to the FP2 team.
