Although we were only one of their many customers, there was always someone willing to help us with challenges that came up and they were excellent at alerting us in advance of things we should look out for, as well as checking we had our conference planning in order.
They were very flexible as to what parts of the conference we needed help with and did an excellent job receiving and sorting registrations, and providing detailed and clear financial statements. They went out of their way to provide us with the type of website design we wanted.
