Rhonda Beasley

Rhonda Beasley

General Manager

Rhonda started her employment with ForumPoint2 in 2011 as the company accountant. In 2013 she was made General Manager and in 2015 she purchased the company from the previous owners. She is as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and has a professional background working with a variety of small and large companies in Australia and New Zealand. Rhonda also holds a Bachelor of Science and is an accredited member of the Professional Conference Organisers Association (Australia).

Paula Armstrong

Senior Conference Manager

Paula is a senior conference manager with particular experience in managing scientific and medical conferences. She has exceptional experience with the speaker abstract process and her IT knowledge and skill is invaluable to ForumPoint2 Conference Partners. Her conference management career spans over 10 years. Paula is an accredited member of the Professional Conference Organisers Association

Conference Coordinator

Melanie is an exceptionally talented Conference Coordinator. ForumPoint2 Limited have greatly valued her tremendous dedication and pride in her work since she was first employed in 2008. Melanie enjoys meeting, listening and working alongside our clients to bring their vision to reality. She is also an accredited member of the Professional Conference Organisers Association.

Lyn Harris

Lyn Harris

Conference Coordinator

Lyn’s career spans over 30 years in a variety of industries including: education, farming, hospitality and events management.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing) along with a Graduate Diploma in Accounting.  Previously, Lyn was the Catering Operations Manager for a major Waikato catering organisation which has provided her with valuable experience especially for conference social function management. Lyn enjoys the challenge of understanding the client’s expectations and vision for their conference and working with the conference committee to bring that to reality.

Conference Coordinator

Working for ForumPoint2 allows Amanda the opportunity to engage with a diverse group of individuals. She is grateful to be a part of a close-knit team whom, together, are able to achieve the extraordinary. She thrives in the dynamic environment of event and conference coordination and has always been passionate about this industry. In her roles she is afforded the opportunity to develop client relations and support the Project Manager from  conceptualisation to implementation of the client’s briefs.

Vicky Riley

Conference Coordinator

Vicky is an experienced event professional. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Practical Event Management in 2012 and has assisted with the delivery of a number of events in the Waikato. Most recently Vicky has planned and delivered events in the education sector. Vicky is an outgoing individual and works well in teams. She enjoys working with clients to understand conference delivery needs and executes to the highest standard.
